Congratulations to Hakim Jemaa on winning Second Place in the Four-Minute Thesis (4MT) Competition at the IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC 2026).
The competition challenged PhD researchers to present their work in just four minutes with clarity, impact, and engagement.
