EcoStream wins Bronze at iENA International Trade Fair

We are delighted to share that EcoStream has been awarded the Bronze Medal at the iENA Nuremberg International Trade Fair in Germany! 💧🏅

EcoStream is a smart water-saving faucet module developed at the Information Science Lab, CEMSE, KAUST. The device transforms any faucet into an automatic, self-powered system with real-time water tracking — a step forward in making everyday water use more sustainable and efficient.

This recognition highlights the lab’s commitment to impactful, real-world innovation and the role of technology in advancing sustainability.

Congratulations to Prof. Tareq Al-Naffouri and to the talented engineers Ahmed Aliyu - MSc MIET, Fouad Aladhami, Yifeng Xu, and Mohammed Abdullah who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring EcoStream to life!
